I've seen this trinket on a number of twinks and was wondering how you farm this?

Assuming brewfest is on it drops from coren direbrew in BlackRock depths, but that's all the info I got. Can vets/f2p farm this alone?

It's a brewfest drop, utilize the LFG system when the event rolls around, however it's worth mentioning that the proc is currently inactive.

If memory serves you must be at least level 20 to que for it since it is a higher level instance though then again I've seen 19's with the epic necklace from Love is in the Air so I mean, perhaps not? Not sure.

Yep, lvl 20 min these days. There was one year where u could get the necklaces on 19’s due to dungeon lvl. But not anymore. 20’s is the min level now.
