EU Character leveled up with no sub...

So today strange stuff happened, the sub on my account expired today so I joined a bg to play ... shock and awe when I so xp flowing, at first i was like wtf and boom lvl up.

Logged out, i had the banner with "Reactivate now with Gold" etc, strange thing was that I could log on to my 120s but they acted like a trial char, could not use auction house, cap on gold etc.

Anyone experienced something like this? Anyway I made a ticket ...

Tons of people have run into the same problem. Its a known bug. Gonna link you a thread with tons of sounds advice on opening your ticket.

So a GM answered and he/she removed the level, they were very understanding of what happened. I did describe in detail what happened

I love how they are more willing to reduce the level of a free account with a known bug then of a paying account who has fallen victim to a similar bug. I am still very glad to hear your toon has been fixed! Best of luck

On rare occasion the system glitches when you do not have sub time and when you hit 0 it doesn't force you out. Thus why sometimes people can level without a subscription. This has literally only happened twice to me in my entire lifetime of playing WoW and that is now going on 16 years.

Take it from a Legend of the Forums. I've seen shit, done shit.

I accidentally dinged to freaking 11 after falling out of Dalaran in WOTLK. Made a ticket and demanded to speak to a Senior GM (pretty much a superior). They sent all the Gear that I had rewarded from the original character, to the level 1. I was told not to use it until I hit 10 again.

Blizzard is strange....
Craptivision is just trash.
