39s is more casual?

Ive heard its a lot more casual and fun.. More based on kills/optimal play rather than who can do an exploit jump the best.. and maintain it at that.

Im leaving 19s after some drama.. I miss back in the day of wrath having leg armors and a high ap build.. being able to take out a geared warrior using 700hp mining exploit and his pocket healer.. Miss those days. Ive never played classic 39s.. I assume its just less powerful but just as fun?

You heard wrong. This bracket it full of spacebar champions and the egos that come with them.

Thats sad to hear.. Though its also a good thing then that I learned in the 19s bracket with the other space bar warriors. Im just at a deficit.. with nerve damage and all in my jumping hand.

Sorry to hear that your nerve damage limits your gameplay.

Yes people do jumps but we don’t go on about it and neither do we gloat.

There will be players you will see do it but 39 gameplay is huge and you can do a lot with your tool kit.

all in all we are friendly and welcome anyone who comes into the bracket.

If your interested in knowing more, send me a pm.

Yup, we don't go on about it. We just hold the flag in mid while we learn all the jumps. Who cares about the other 10 people on the other side?

There are a few of us that are 100% against exploits. We are in the minority but we are present here in the 39's.

Of course not. Blizzard never gets this stuff right.

So tell me if Naxx enchants are useable on 39 shoulders are you going to avoid using them if everyone else does? Afterall you are 100% against exploits, that includes gear does it not?

Naxx enchants have never been consider exploits by anyone. That train of thought would paint Librams as exploits.

My guess is that there are less people in the 39 bracket with the kind of jumping fluency you see at 19's. I'd say that's a function of lower experience levels on average and different meta. You can easily play pug games and have a good time knowing zero jumps at 39's though. Obviously, in premades it's a different story. If you can't do tot as a healer and follow your fc as they cycle, you're throwing. etc. etc.

Alrighty then what about arcanums in tbc? you had to break your gear and mail them, would that be considered an exploit? I'd say so

Anything using trade window glitch or mail glitch is ofc an exploit. Arcanums (completed Librams) have never required those actions. If you mean the shoulder enchants from Scryers/Aldor and the other TBC helm enchants, yes those are exploits.

As Soge said, those aren't exploits. I think you are getting them mixed up with the ZG enchants. Blizzard already fixed that. I guess we will find out if Blizzard thinks Naxx enchants are exploits or not considering they have already modified Classic away from the original game.

Hold on, are you high. You have to glitch Naxx enchants onto shoulders to get them.... therefore is a exploit. Or am i missing something?

They enchant nice and easy, no glitching required.

You're limited to BoE shoulders with naxx enchant. I don't think you can apply it through trade window. The person that got it as a drop has to put it on an item in their inventory iirc.

In my opinion 39s are the most fun bracket. Optimal play is a bit more complex at 39s than 19s, since you have more abilities.

In 19s, jumps are very vital because all classes move the same speed, whereas at 39s it's far less important because flag carriers rely on movement abilities more and positional outplays (such as Druids). Jumps are still good to know and will optimize your play.

A user in this thread mentioned there are spacebar egos, but I haven't seen much of it in my experience within the current community. The main drama in 39s seems to come from consumables like FAPs and sappers.

At 39s, all classes have a role and are pretty well balanced.

Which would only further show how backwards the people in this bracket are. Using consumables that anyone can craft or buy is unacceptable. Using jumps that are unintended by the developers that take hours of practice and people have gotten suspended for? Sure, no problem.

As someone who also has nerve damage and spasming/ jumping muscles I empathize <3, but all I can say is 39s are amazing and we live with similar constraints so I don't need to tell you to be a fighter and push through it, but you can do well and have a lot of fun at 39 and I implore you to join the community discord and find a guild to rock with :)
