im bored as hell with wow for the most part and i only really log on to plow through dungeons on old 19s or que for the occasional f2p 20s bg as i am unsubbed currently.

For some reason enhancement looks kinda fun to me to twink at 20, but before i commit to making a good enh shaman, i wanna know - is it worth it?

What i have in mind is making it an orc for the dmg racial, shooting for zerker buffs in bgs and speccing into hot hand for a (what i imagine to be) decently bursty build?

Idk, am i imagining this differently than how it plays out? lemme know - thanks bois.

Enhance can be viable if you have a healer and you're just looking for pewpew leveler stomping, in which case yes! theyre quite fun. But in twink v twink matchups, I think you'll find their lack of substantial burst damage to be frustrating. youll get kited to death by ranged classes and when you do catch them, you'll lack the punch to finish them off. This can be made up for by building a Vulpera for the absurd and laughably broken racial.

The big problem with enhance is they do the least damage of the shaman specs. both resto and ele do more and have the same tookit. But Im a big believer in playing what you find fun and if you're just looking for a casual twink toon, enhance can be a ton of fun.

Thanks @Chops !

the last twink i made was an hpal for 19s and it was because of the same allure, underplayed and overlooked by most. so i built one that now kicks ass id say. 1025 heal crits and 5-600 dmg with judgement people really dont expect the dmg my hpal can do and that makes it all the more fun.

Anyways with this shaman idea im hoping it plays out similarly. However ive been unsubbed for quite some time now and i dont have vulpera available to me - think orc is second best to them?

@zazzyfraz can make a solid comment on the enhancement. It's one of his main twinks.

Probably. You'll do no damage though. Enhance shaman is more support than anything.

Hot hand is a viable build but it’s rng and dependant on auto attack uptime

where as rockbiter talent adds more strength to your “approach”. You won’t be starting most your fights in auto attack range in this bracket. So increasing dmg lower cd of your 2nd dmg spell which happens to be 20 yard range is better imo

Hot hand does work but I just feel rockbiter is better due to not relying on proc chance and auto attack uptime. You can kill a melee without him touching you much at all with ranged spells and ele force(which is too strong for this spec to ignore) so more ranged dmg via talent is good

Dmg as enh is real if you gear right, you’ll still do a lot of your damage with ele force though so playing stamina build is perfectly fine since you won’t have vulpera racial to crutch on in glass set. On my sham I have 2.5k hp in stam set, with wolf to dip back while tanking mages missiles with huge hp pool, and ranged kick it’s a decent melee team fight tank too

There are times where I hit 250 crit rockbiters in agi stacking set with the talent

Not sure if Zazz is Casey, but Caseykisses is probably the most geared/prominent enhance’s in the bracket. Would be worth checking his armory.

respect note: He as an awesome resto set to but I see him play enh most of the time. That’s like having a ferrari in the garage but taking the vespa out for street racing just because you can

Can you please explain the Vulpera racial part? That’s new to me

Oh. Sounds balanced
[doublepost=1589212568,1589212504][/doublepost]Is Vulpera BIS for every (applicable) class then?
Pretty much yeah, for damage at least. it’s also usable as a heal on self/target

maybe nightborne can work for certain casters if you have high spell uptime

certain races have move speed like zand/maghar/dark iron that are useful too..
