I'm more of a sausage 'n' egg kind of guy, but Cinnamon Toast Crunch is pretty solid.

I was actually considering* making this exact thread a few weeks ago when some of my friends and I got into a debate about this

captain crunch & lucky charms 4 life

I think it's amazing how medical evangelism and religious ideology informs and influences official dietary guidelines worldwide. Back in the 1800's Kellogg and the 7th Day Adventists became one of the most influential groups in the world on nutrition education and policy. This influence has persisted to modern times.

I'm firmly in the meat, eggs and coffee camp and truth be told I haven't had many of those cereals. In a survival situation, where I had all those options available? Cinnamon toast crunch would probably be the first to go.

I don't eat carbs or sugar at breakfast. Black coffee, some veggies and eggs are enough for me. I prefer Oatmeal when i have to eat.

mostly eat stuff like tuna bread or salmon bread for bfast now, but when i was a kid i liked froot loops cuz the blue colored ones looked tasty to me for some reason
