I came up with this gear set for my 49 rogue, anything I should change out? I know blood razor is a bit more dps but is it worth the price? and the proc seems like it could cause issues in pvp. Planning to go 31+ sub with the rest in ass for the +crit.

You have the builder as an Undead Rogue. If you are going to be on the horde side I would say to check out the trinket called Rune of the Guard Captain. Definitely a better trinket option.

Also, some alternatives: Albino crocscale boots, Precisely Calibrated Boomstick, Doomforged Striaghtedge

Something I was going back and forth with on my rogue builds was fast or slower off hand weapon. Saw many conflicting posts so I have no idea really. I would absolutely go with the Thrash blade as main hand though. The rest of the gear matches up with what I came up with. What server you on?

Thanks for the heads up on the trinket didn't see that when I was searching. I'm on thunderfury but would consider rerolling to a more active 49 pvp server as I just got started here.

What do you guys think about https://classic.wowhead.com/item=2163/shadowblade for OH? Shadowpanther has it @ #1 for 40-49 OH and hemo spec doesn't reach to sword spec. Is the proc just bad for the loss of flat stats?

Anyone have some better insight of when to use Doomforged Straightblade over Shadowblade? I am assuming Doomforged when using Ambush, but besides that would a rogue just swap to Shadowblade for faster poison applications?

I know it sounds crazy but Vendetta could still be a viable OH in terms of poison applications. 1.3 spd and 6 Ago to boot. Otherwise you may consider Vanquisher's Sword +28 AP for Ambush spec. Hard to argue with the stats and dps of the Doomforge though.
