Haven't seen them on AH till now

Yea, you can find a pair every other day between 50s ans 2g. Not sure how good they are in pvp.

Yep DoByG is right. You can rarely find them on the AH for like 2g or so. They're definitely good for Frost Mages or Warlocks that are gearing for spell power and are the only gloves at 19 that give non-fire and non-arcane spell power.
