Are items like the Felstriker, both Dal'rends weapons, etc. feasible to get without insane luck? Is it possible to do runs on 60s then have them zone in to loot when it finally drops or something like that?

You can do UBRS at 59 and still be an asset to the group. It really isn't that hard.

No PUG is ever going to give you the time to rezone to roll on an alt.

Oh I can do UBRS at 59, the issue is getting too much xp before you hit 60. And I was thinking more with a purposely made group for farming these items that are normally out of reach of most 59 twinks.

I think in order to be eligible for loot you need to be nearby when the drop occurs. I think this is what you are asking about. The answer is you can't zone in a character into an instance after the fact to loot a boss that your 60 kills. That character needs to be nearby when it happens.

However, the range on "nearby" is pretty extended.
