So the Meadow Ring of Eluding everyone knows and loves now has +1% Dodge on it instead of the old +12 Dodge Rating.

Has anyone been able to confirm that the % of dodge you get at 19 is equivalent to what it used to be?

If it is just 1% dodge, than it's pretty much worthless.

It was always 1% in vanilla. It became rating in TBC, and was about 4 or 5% with scaling at 19, i believe.

Oh really, i had no idea... My question still stands though, is the 1% just 1% in classic, or is it still 5% as it was in BC with the dodge rating?

Just the 1% as dodge rating isn't in classic, don't think they added it until tbc.
