EU+US What's the best food buff for f2p?

Hello. This is my first post here ;)
Which recipe gives the best food buff that a pure f2p can utilize?
The best I see in my old world recipes list are Seasoned Wolf Kabob, Redridge Goulash, Murloc Fin Soup which all give +5sta +5ver
But in the other thread some people were saying how you could buy recipees for Panderia cooking etc and idk what other rare recipe's might drop or could be purchased from epicurean rewards etc?

Also, which of the +5sta +5ver recipes are easiest to farm?
Thanks

U just missed crit strike Pie from event if u are pure f2p (vets cant cook that) and change get some roasted turkeys from reward bag.. That was smth like 13stam/9agi (dont remember actual stats on 20').. And i got few on my panda.. Cant wait for try them
Yes, its seassional food, but this piece persist and stay in your bag / bank after event, not like beers etc

Welcome @twinkleton :)
The +5 Stam +5 Vers is generally the best u can make.
If ur a Monk, u can buy I think it’s +8 or so Primary Stat food from the vendor in Pandaria.
There are seasonal vendors that come from time to time, but more commonly, stick with what u have already mentioned.
Though only pure F2P’s can cook that. If u are Vet (have had a sub in the past on that account) u won’t be able to make that food without an active sub.
Don’t worry about the Pandaria food u can cook, u can’t use it at lvl 20. It’s more a completionist thing to get those recipes.

Thanks icehawk for the welcome and for your well explained answer. Very helpful for noobs like me XD

To answer your last question, I generally find the wolf kabobs to be quickest.

Though that's because there's really good farming right outside stormwind.

So if youre horde/hearth somewhere weird, other recipes might be easier

Thought I'd give this thread a bump because things seemed to have changed.
Seasoned Wolf Kabob, Redridge Goulash, Murloc Fin Soup no longer give +5sta +5ver
but instead give +2sta +2ver :(
I don't know why this is the case, but does this change the fact they are still the best food I can get as a pure f2p?

Unless a high-level supplies a Pandaren Treasure Noodle Soup vendor for you (+5 primary)... then "yes", all of the various +2/+2 recipes tie and are only differentiated by their "ingredients".

(You can also bank the various rewards from the Pilgrim's Bounty holiday in November... although the ones with Stam haven't worked in years, you should still be able to use the ones with Crit or Haste.)

Thanks for the info. I will be on the lookout for high levels I might be able to ask for the noodles and for special holidays :)

Food numbers took a big hit when all the enchant nerfs were implemented.
Oh, that explains the why. I guess they are trying to make bgs less lopsided when groups of twinks with enchants and food q together.
So I suppose from our perspective it's a good thing. Even though it was a nice feeling to have something I could put my energy into doing to make my toon better.
