Horde or Alliance for 110 Twink?

Good morning everyone!

I am currently twinking a 110 Horde Druid but I am willing to switch over to Alliance if that is the best bet. I am looking to eventually start doing BGs primarily, so I was wondering which faction has better queue times in the 110 bracket.

Another big issue is I desperately need to start doing Mythic ABT, which faction do you think I will have more luck getting into groups with? And does server matter for this?

Thank you in advance!

Are you BFA or Legion capped? You won't be doing BGs if you're on a BFA account.
edit: not w/o violating the rules, at least.

Horde and Alliance have fluctuated since I started playing my 110s but last time I checked Horde needed more geared 110s to queue into xp on BGs.

M Ant is hit or miss. I have 110s on both sides and I never pay people to run me. Some weeks I get into M Ant in the LFG tool and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I get into a M Ant that is an absolute disaster and the group can't kill Vari. Many people pay someone to organize a M Ant raid so they don't have to worry about running into issues like that. I have enough gear so I don't really care at this point. Might be worth your gold to pay for a run that can guarantee you trade-able leather upgrades.

EU or Us?

If you are horde you can que as alliance also. Atleast on EU. Not sure if you can que up as horde if you are alliance. I think the mercenary ncp is affected by the 120 bracket wich is always letting Horde to que as alliance, due to faction balance for bgs.

On eu it’s usually more groups up at the same time for antorus on horde then it is on alliance. But I would not recommend joining a random group, make your own.

Alliance community runs 3-4 mythic abts per week, all twinks in community invited.

Alliance twinking 110 has more benefits than horde in this regard. I have both alliance and horde and its bad being a horde twink at the moment.

Alliance if you need mythic abt runs, the community there runs it multiple times per week and all twinks in community is invited.

Horde if you want to solo and get roflstomped.

alliance AZ traits changed on the gear with faction change. still have to finish horde quests before transfer. looking for someone with the scroll quest also(skull? you out there?)alliance quest rewards like mercys spalter changed to garbage with faction swap.

Neither is really a good option, Alliance if you have no skill and are actively trying to avoid any competition while you pretend to pvp.
Horde if you don't mind losing the majority of your games because of the horrible imbalance, you'll have better queue times though.

Horde needs a few more good twinks that play regularly to even it out, I really only see around 3 regularly and half the time they'll just leave if the other team is stacked.

Horde has like 10 twinks who queue pretty regularly. Horde has a community, but almost none of the members transfer to Legion and just do PVE content or try and kill 120s in wpvp, they are hardly a twink community. Maybe that's an old dead community I am thinking of though. Doubt any Horde actually group either.

Horde community: 110 Horde Twinks

Alliance has almost 30 or so twinks. A lot of them are in a community. Once one Horde is spotted they make groups to stomp the Horde fire out. Their leader tries to bring 5 or so members to Mythic ABT runs multiple times a week.

Alliance community: Twinkys

more like there is always an aiiliance bg group or 2 running bgs and they happen to queue into the random solo horde. i feel for them lol i really do. if i dont see anyone worth fighting after 3 or 4 games im out. gy farming isn’t my thing.

Same. It's really tempting to x-fer back to horde honestly. Quicker queues and heroic feats await. However the ally community is, as stated, much larger and has regular bg groups and raids. I usually solo queue because I enjoy leading shit ally pugs to victory, but I've been in the steamroll groups as well, and after a game of simply competing for highest DPS at the GY I'm definitely done - specially if I have to run the flag because no one else can bother.

Imo if it comes to GY farming the game shouldn't last longer than an eight minutes. People should be relaying that flag rapid fire and I don't stick with groups who dilly dally. That being said, I've never been in an ally group that holds the flag mid and farms out the clock, but I have seen one of the few horde groups do this. So on the other hand when horde does get an advantage I'm willing to argue that they are even more savage. Either way, considering this is all that's left for high level twinking, it won't evolve without a significant horde influx. Also you can run as mercenary, so go horde.

You've obviously never played with Badtank, Ortonn, Sleepyhollow, etc, those guys will hold the flag for 15 min every time if they run into a weak horde team.

I've played with all of them many times, and also against them before faction switching. I'm not saying they are poster boys in terms of objective play, but I've never seen them run out the clock while in total control. I'll happily point out that they sometimes GY camp and don't go for flags as fast as possible, but I honestly feel like that they are trending in the right direction. Recently I've called for us to go for perfects and objectives when landing in a group with them, and they've been following through.

I'm not going to die on this hill though, I'm sure ally has pulled plenty of shitty moves - and I'm not perfect either, just offering my personal observations.

I mean, Ortonn and Littlesounds are currently running out the clock in twin peaks gy camping..... The only games I don't see them do it are the rare games where Horde actually has enough twinks to compete.
