I farmed 18x boarhide legs, not a crazy amount but the drop rate wasn't close to 4%. At least 20-30%

when classic rolls, there will be a few more like the defias mail belt 2str/2stam level 10, a mail level 10 chest piece off a rare running murloc that was wiped in CATA, probably a few more that i cant remember

Humans and their zones were apparently the first ones to be created and probably had a different design mindset.
With the many different unique drops in Westfall, it seems to be made under a very zealous eye. Maybe they didn't think of adding global uncommon drops until they saw it wasn't possible to replicade this zeal?.

Very lucky. I have at least 250 loots in on her, counting each of the 4 account that I multibox. A couple blues, 20 greens maybe less. All sold to AH snipers for good gold cause it’s unfarmed and rare so it still has high value from when it was unobtainable

Lionfur drops as 20 from salvage crates because 20 is the ceiling for mulgore. i have a 20 sleek feathered tunic from one myself. really unlikely that it drops again.
now the thing is that there have been some other items proccing out of crates like Husk of Naraxis. it has been seen blue quality. so if you have crates and you proc an epic 20 limited zone item, its pretty much 1 of a kind and worth any amount you want for it

Leech widow which is the rare who dropped it and wet lands scale up to 60 not 20.
Edit: I looked at his pic. It’s an ilvl 20 level 20 unlike normal which is i24 19. So it’s probably some wierd restore/expired mail/guild bank bug. Lots of people bank from allied race 20s these days cause you get to mount ah mount on them which could explain why it’s specifically a wierd 20 version
Idk actually i look at who he said the seller was and it’s some level 59 guy in random greens and old gear

A month or two ago I mentioned a similar find:
My only theory is that on rare occasions a player will somehow end-up opening their old crates on a Lvl-20 alt... but whatever the cause, 20//20 "crate items" do happen.

So curiosity got the better of me and I decided to try farming Engineering Gloves on my level 19 as they can drop as Epic according to the database. These used to drop from Venture Co. Tinkerer in Northern STV then Cataclysm came along and apparently the drop got removed... Until recently.
I am currently up to 75 kills, but these guys also share respawns with Surveyors and Foreman in the immediate area so they are subsequently being farmed too. Before I began I checked whether these guys had unique drops and they do according to wowhead. I also largely expected that there would be loot level floor for these items and suspected it would be either 20 or 25 (zone minimum level). Well today I have been answered:
I will continue to farm for an Engineering Glove drop just to satisfy my own curiosity but I suspect the level will be the same. I do also have some hope in that other greens have dropped to levels 16/20/21! In any case it is confirmation that these NTV single source items are dropping once again...
