EU+US 110 or 111?

I too would like to know this as I currently have toons at both. I know my 110 feral druid who I managed to get a good run today with some good upgrades managed to get 270 today. While I have a toon at 111 with 250 but hes using the trinket for hp for islands

The most effective would have to be 110, because the second you hit 111 the amount of stats required to increase your primary/secondary by 1 % is increased, if your wondering the exact % you lose is listed here https://gyazo.com/c8f576d6821a5ea9eaee90bd9fefa245
The gist of it is you lose about 15% of your overall stats and trade it for 4% more mastery which overall is not worth it.
What i normally stick with is if your wanting to midmax your character to be the best it can/ want to boost in legion dungeons, 110 is the way to go. If your wanting to just get into twinking/freehold boosting then 111 is much easier to get into due to the fact you can buy 233 ilvl crafted gear and get into twinking that week instead of relying apon mythic/heroic antorus runs as 110 has too.

A tip! If your deciding to go the 111 route make COMPLETE sure that you stop your xp gain before it hits 10% on your way to 112, if you don't then all mobs in freehold will scale to 111 instead of scaling to 110 like they would if you are under 10% xp as lvl 111, they scale about 30% harder that includes health/damage/armor which most, including me would consider a ruined twink because you wont be able to reliably do freehold as someone with 110 scaling mobs could in time/effectiveness/aswell as amount of deaths per boost.

The siphoning enchantment for DH's freehold twinking is rather useless, since you already have like 40% leech while in meta which is more than enough leech, and at that point more damage provides well more damage, and better sustainability so enchantments such as Masturful navigation, and versatile navigation would work much better and @Outofspace the reason nobody answered that is because he was only asking about freehold boosting, not pvp twinking.

I have both a 110 and a 111. I like my 110 better for almost all content. My 111 moves quicker with his speed set.

Putting leech on your offhand at 111 isn't necessarily a bad idea. Proc rates for other offhand enchants are pretty lousy when the majority of your damage comes from eye beam ie: you're not doing a ton of attacks. I've tried multiple enchants on my offhand and for 111 siphoning just lets you be a tad bit sloppier in your pulls. On my 110 I stuck with nav.

Yeah its not "Bad" but its bad compared to other enchantments, I personally use Masterful navigation on my main hand, and versatile navigation on my offhand. There are other enchantments that might provide more damage output but I find these two to be the most consistent buff to my character while boosting due to the fact these two enchantments proc off of eyebeam damage and have a 30 second uptime when you receive the buff. Overall there is no real reason to use siphoning for 110 and 111 havoc DH twinks since in meta (Which is nearly all the time) You have 40% leech and the thing with leech is it's based off of damage for the amount of healing you receive so the other two enchantments I talked about provide a decent buff (For enchantments that is) that outweigh the sustainability/damage output than having leech.

Overall you would go 111 for the secondary stats and ease of gear. Siphoning along with Soul Rending is just too good to pass up vs. a proc.

"Go 111 for the seconday stats" Why would a downside be the reason to go for it? The only advantage 111 has over 110 in secondary stats is mastery and thats only by about 5%, everything else 110 has higher including haste, versatility etc. And overall your runs will go quicker and smoother if you did Masturful navigation, and versatile navigation because it procs so often, within the first pull of freehold you can reliably get 4-5 procs of the weapon enchantment increasing your mastery by a massive 15% mastery for 10 seconds which is nearly an entire pull time, aswell as in that 10 seconds it continues to rack up more mastery stacks so in theory each pull its a free 15% mastery that also gives you 15% mastery after your first expires, this also procs off of immolation aura (Which you should be using before each pull) so by the time you have the pack together you already have 5%+ mastery easily, all of this is not even talking about the versatility enchantment be it versatility is your 3rd stat priority for DH making it not as effective it works the same exact way as Masturful navigation. Ofcourse you would not pass up Soul Rending, its the obvious best choice for that tier of talents, but Siphoning is NOT the best choice for enchantments, the raw damage that the versatility enchantments provide far outperform the siphoning enchantment's healing it provides aswell as gives you very nice damage output bonus's.

111 has BfA gem/enchant scaling, which tends to offset the lower crit % per rating. And the tincture too.

For 110 vs 111 I would say...
  • If you want instanced pvp, you have to make a 110 then transfer it to an account without BfA. The 110 bracket will eventually be rolled in with 111-119 - so this won't last forever
  • If you can do Mythic Antorus, then 110 might be slightly better (but its still pretty close and prob depends on the # of sockets)
  • If you can't do mythic antorus, then 111 has a better set of "starting" gear with the crafted stuff. Just make sure to only just hit 111 - at a certain point (like 10% into 111), the mobs scale up to 111.

I completely agree with you, But i woudn't really count the Tincture as much of an upside because its rather useless, especially compared to say +60 mastery trinkets since it only procs after you kill something if your doing pulls properly all the mobs should die together within say 5 seconds and at that point the healing it gives isn't very helpful, but other than that I'm bad at summarizing things so your post makes is much easier to understand haha

My offhand nav rarely procs compared to main hand.

I've noticed that aswell, that's why I use masturful navigation on my mainhand, and the weaker enchantment versatile navigation on the offhand

My offhand nav rarely procs compared to main hand.
which is why the leech enchant on a 111 is superior. its 10% leech so 2 of them should put most DH around 60% leech all the time since you’re in metamorphosis mode almost all the time. basically it’s sustained while the other enchants you’re waiting on procs. at 110 its trash though. i agree with you on the tincture trinket its way too much healing when its not necessary. pick up the orbs you make as a dh lol!

But why do you need that much leech? Say guardian druid twinks only have 1 main way of getting leech and that's thru the enchantment so they might have a max of 15% leech and they can easily do freehold, while DH's over here have 40% base leech that's insane, and normally I would agree with you that constant buffs are better than proc chances, but the navigation ability's are different because they do proc so instantly often aka every single pull you can 9/10 get 5 stacks and get +15% mastery, it procs off of immolation aura so as your doing your pulls the mobs you even are near get hit intern giving you stacks. And think about this how many mobs are you hitting each pull? 30-40? Thats 30-40 chances for it to proc every single tick of eyebeam that does damage (Which is A LOT) What zergy doesn't seem to understand is this specific enchantment has a very high chances to proc in the way it works it doesn't just proc 1 and is done, it procs VERY often and stacks up to 5 stacks of the buff that then get removed and give you a massive buff for 10 seconds (+15% mastery) that then during that 10 seconds of amazing +mastery it racks up stacks again so throughout the entire pull you have this +15 mastery which is +15% damage compared to leech? You have 40% leech already and at that point damage is more favorable. You dont just have to believe me you can go around to any 110/111 DH armory and see them using Masturful navigation, and versatile navigation as their enchantments 9 times out of 10

As you can see out of all of these twinks only three of them are using siphoning 1 of them has versatility enchantments so he doesn't know the stat priority, and 2 aswell has versatility enchantments, aswell as missing enchantments and the 3rd and final has masturful navigation aswell as siphoning. Leech offhand really isn't necessary as a havoc DH. It's simply a method of making things a tad easier. But, as mentioned above, those purple balls we create in conjunction with our passive havoc leech in meta is plenty of self-sustain. It's really a matter of preference since a replacement is not going to make/break you.

Since both my 110 and 111 are pretty well geared, I kill packs quickly regardless of what offhand enchant I use. I could have no offhand enchant and I will see almost no difference in the time spent killing trash in the dungeon. However, the main difference for dungeon running is time spent killing bosses (or boss, if you're doing FH runs). For me, a dps enchant is going to shine compared to more leech. You shouldn't come close to death on a boss, so any additional dps for our aoe builds will be welcomed.
