Notable changes have occurred on the XPoff forums as the site Founder, Conq, has returned from a significant hiatus from the administration team. Among said changes, preexisting staff members are all under review and applications for new additions to the team are open. "It has been ages since the 'ole Ripperdipper' has given me any sort of praise for lack of shit I do around here. Thank god Conq is back because, I was starting to think no one would ever realize I've been doing jack shit for the past 9 months," said Montana resident and XPoff moderator Endbuster. "Sometimes when I get bored and feel as though I deserve to treat myself to something, I go to the list of reports for the forums and just ban someone for something minor just to stir the pot a bit and I deserved it."

Per the new changes on the XPoff forums, many have expressed support for not only Conq but also the new rules. This has raised concern among current mods. Sir Adage, 23, coordinator of the competitive 31-34 bracket had this to say, "The expectations on the entirety of the staff team is rising and it is rising quickly. My concern for my job and family has increased dramatically because the lack of work could be upstaged by any of these new applicants. If some hot little Hermione Granger shows up trying to upstage my lack of work ethic, I might lose my place. I'm all for new rules but I need to be the first to not give a fuck about enforcing them."

Really, I'm not getting emotional, though. At most I'd say I'm a bit annoyed how you handled thins, which was incredibly poor. You screwed two sides of people over in such...The people banned and removed, and the moderators you set up to become enemies and pariahs after this ordeal. Not to mention, the workload staff had to go through during the "adjustment period".

I don't think I set the moderators up at all. When you guys started going against what I wanted i didn't complain, I didn't demote. I didn't even say anything to you personally or even ask you not to continue doing so, I deliberately let you be my opposition.

You were all hunky dory with everything, and asked for a list of people who were toxic to remove. You purged a lot of people.

But then when it came down to a person whom everyone else on staff had an issue with (Including Selaya in the past and currently Blackberry), whom numerous members have PM'd me and others about getting a warning..You demoted me and did nothing about them.

I believe it was another admin who did that upon pointing out there was no reason to have so many super moderators with access to peoples IPs and stuff, I can understand how that may have been misinterpreted.

That was not my intent, I didn't even know there was a warning situation going on, I've been busy and wasn't paying that much attention, that is my fault.

After I saw the reactions to my thread I realized it was going to be too time consuming and went to plan B. Which was as Lil suggested, that being said. I knew there would be no long term damage.
