Classic questions

Grandfathered
1. What are the better classes for healing and damage roles respectively?
2. What faction do 19 twinks prefer? (I was always heard forsaken was go-to)
3. How much gold goes into a 19 twink(in-general)?
4. Most importantly, how long do y'all imagine it will take for the 19 bracket to actually start getting populated? I know alot of people including me want to actually end game Vanilla.
Thanks.

Hunter/ rogue for dps priest for heals

Both factions were decently even back in the day, can’t it imagine being too different in classic but hard to say

No class is cheap because end game enchanting mats are expensive
Rogues= expensive because shadowfangs
Hunter= budget class especially if horde
Priest= Can be pricy as they have like 4-5 blue cloth boes with one being super rare if alliance (treebark) as Alliance don’t do BFD a lot

Immediately

Btw might wanna move this to classic section of site

I agree with veech. I imagine everyone is making a main first and twinking will really take off 3 months post launch. Gotta be able to fund twinks

Did this on Emerald Dream x1 like 3-4 years ago. It's more expensive than I thought it would be. Lvl 60 main is basically a requirement if you want to be fully decked out. Also will be harder on Classic WoW where you can't really have 2 accounts and boost yourself through dungeons.

Did a rogue and you gotta get shadowfang & assasin's blade. Most likely 100g just for that, although really depends on population on a server.

Enchant materials are easy to get, you can farm yourself or buy for 100-200g. Really depends on the libram prices.

Would not recommend doing quiver quest on a rogue, too much exp gained on lvl 19. Oh and get ready for a quite a long farm to get WSG neck and ring ;)

Also in vanilla, actually getting geared requires a lot of planning and help. You're not going to have the ability to turn off your XP and in many cases, the BiS item you want is BOP. So keeping your XP gain minimized does take planning. Few things suck more than simply traveling to a destination and suddenly getting a bit of exploration XP that levels you outside of the bracket you were working on.

This is true. If you really want to do it perfectly I would explore large parts of the world at lower level. Most importantly all zones up to lvl 30 and STV.
