They could be OP in some BGs with F2Ps and then boxing bags/trash/dummies in the next BG with 29s twinks. I think 20 vets can join 29s or Im wrong?

No, I just checked some photos from the last night when I tried WSG with 20 lvl vet solo Q.
I was in a group with 29 twinks. So the Vets can join both brackets, just a matter of luck.

I'm a pure f2p and I kind of liked playing against 29 twinks cause I like challenges and I dont mind losing BGs.
I hope queue times lower because yesterday they were 40+ min for me.
The rare farming and quests for epics is ok I guess? At least I have something to do appart from queueing.

No. I have another payed account to farm mounts, mogs and heirlooms for my Starter Edition hunter.

I have not even tried this bracket since patch but can tell you that it has nothing to do with being subbed or unsubbed. The only thing that matters is if you have your xp locked. You can be unsubbed but your 20 has xp lock active = you will get into the xp locked games. When you are unsubbed and your 20 has its xp unlocked = you will get into normal bg q. Not that hard to figure out.
And btw I would not be to sure about that it will stay like this. It most likely just slipped through when they implemented xp lock q again. Will likely get fixed soon.

xpON = levelers + pureF2P + vets without gametime
XpOFF = vets with gametime + 19s + 29s + 39s... and other twinks
As a vet without gametime with xpON, you should be able to queue with lvlrs and pureF2P

Always had 20s though since the start of 20-24 bracket.

Less 29s means less cheated sets in the bracket.
There are still the vets who are kinda op, but imo, this is just way more balanced than before (with only f2p, vets, and those poor levelers ).
More ex-twinks at higher levels may try out the lvl20 brackets by creating some vets, to get decent procs while still having op stuff to gank levelers.
More 20s means more BG procs and more chances to proc epic BG ...
