EU+US Legion (down)-scaling question

Just curious since I left WoW about mid Legion, was anyone able to get a Legion BoE to scale DOWN past mid 80's? We always thought it was possible but it would've taken a large effort due to requiring so many 9 (or less) Level different Toons, all tagging the Mob and then the lowbie tagging to have a chance at the drop.

It certainly would be OPAF to see any low Level Twink with an Epic Legion BoE (scaled down to their Level) that had Tertiary and a Socket.

Those that have em are logging out in gear to hide their truly epic pieces! Majority of twinks are unaware of this method or similar methods and conceal the truth!! Purple rain or blue rain or socket rain even haha

I've seen a few screenshots of like 39s and shit using legion boes

never figured out if they were fake or not. Theres some chinese or korean or whatever ppl that post some fucking crazy shit on here sometimes

Re-read the OP carefully, it's in the subtext. If you still need more clarification DM me or any of the older Twinks, we know how you USED to be able to do it at least.
