Demon Armour - Warlock PvP Talent

Currently the Demon Armour requires level 80 to unlock.

I saw on this PTR Build that it now says 'Requires level 40' on the notes.

Can someone check to see if this has changed on the PTR as per the notes?

• Demon Armor Protects the caster, increasing maximum health by 10% and increases armor by 125% 275%. PvP Talent. PvP Talent. Instant. Requires Warlock. Requires level 40+.

i think you are mistaken, it is not required level of 40, but an honor level of 40 and assuming no req level change since my 70 lock on ptr does not have it

Ahh you are right. I am mistaken.

Do pvp talents historically have honour level requirements? I took a break through all of WoD and Legion when they implemented the Honour system.

That really sucks that we don't have access to that talent
