asmingold Is coming

Selective memory much? Pizza and his guild would take advantage of popping into a full pug and try to farm the shit out of their graveyard in the 19/24 bracket. How is their toxic behavior in cata/mop better than a streamer joining/bringing his fans into a bracket lol.

Pizza and his goons were actually good at the guam. Assface here is trash, so are most of hisnfollowers.

This is coming from somejuan who despised pizza and his scum bag antics. /afk

fuck they know we exist.

The only problem I see for horde is the people who aren’t twinks (asmingold longtime viewers) but made a leveling toon that isn’t close to 39 with a few gear and they try to snipe his stream, resulting in lost games for us. There were so many non twinks in our last arathi basin match against him that almost defeated his two teams of premades.

Edit: I do see the influx of players being good for the bracket though and seeing twinks in either side during his livestreams will encourage more players to join, especially if we are topping charts :)

Does it matter what skill level Asmongold brings, whether he (or anyone) is top notch or bottom feeding? Seriously, some people keeping trying to argue about the quality of his play, and we're talking about PUGmades, for chrissakes. It's not like he's fielding a Twink Cup team. But if you all want better games, it starts with a larger population of players from which to draw, and this is one heckuva boost to get there.

The bigger possibility is that if Alliance swells in number and a bunch of us go play Horde to roflstomp them, we will actually drive a bunch of newcomers out of the bracket. All the newbie Alliance will actually need more help and leadership from veteran 39s than Horde will, once the full force of Horde 39s comes to bear.

The problem is that few, if any, of the types who follow his stream will be willing to group/take advice from experienced twinks. They're likely to be doing this primarily so they have the chance to play on his team and "KILL SUM HORD." So we can try to be helpful and diplomatic (and kudos to the new people who are asking for help and advice), but it will go only as far as they want it to.

This would be an excellent thing to build a campaign off of, tons of potential video/social media content. Huge opportunity for the site.

@Ripduck @Zeiren id listen to this guy, you know hes a leading esports organiser that’s recently got featured in the washingtonpost right? he knows what he’s saying when it comes to things like this.

I'm sure its been said already but do you actually expect these followers to be good?
Even if he brought 5 glads with him, they'd still have to learn the bracket, the tier lists, the jumps, and how to maximize with very little - which a lot of 39s have a ton of experience on already.

They wont be used to any of this and I know a few 39s who will probably just dumpster them. If I had time, i'd make a 39 horde just for the free wins.

Tldr, maybe next time champ

if you plan on being super toxic from the 19's 29's please do NOT come to 39's. dont want/need you.

@ me next time you fairy

I've been tinking 39s long before your balls dropped don't get it twisted you are in MY bracket

Honestly, each expansion had at least one bracket that was pretty good for twinking under it. I think a lot of us look at things from preference of nostalgia instead of objectively, though. I still think I probably enjoyed twinking most in late BC / early WoTLK, and Cata.

Unless he is implying they are new players who joined in Legion/BFA.
