Island Expeditions

Hi guys, not new to twinking only new to lvl 110 twinking.
Bare in mind I have no lvl 120 character.

What I wanted to know is how I start Island Expeditions?
I have done all the main quests/stories in all horde zones, did the warfront quests for the azerite piece and done all 3 dungeons for the final zone quests.

What more do I have to do to unlock them? Do I need to have a max lvl character to unlock them?

Are you sure it's a 120? Pretty sure I could do them on my 110s when I had a 119 locked as my highest level... cant confirm now because I leveled it tho to grind for maghar race.... doh.

Could be, honestly can't remember I just know you can't progress far enough at 110 / 111.

You need a 116 to do the tutorial to unlock for your account.

Okidoki, lvl'ed my rogue to 116 and Expeditions are now unlocked for all my 110 characters.
