I doubt the person running this thread is gonna add anyone lol. I saw you posted the same toon in here 10 months ago, so ya. Even if you have gear that is gf’d, better than other toons on the list, or have a toon that indicates available bis right now, it won’t matter. My rogue is bis from what is currently obtainable for bgs, but doesn’t matter. Maybe someone will add you, but don’t expect it lol.

I have noticed this as well. I am a firm believer that this thread is one of the most important threads on this site (at least for our bracket), as not only can it be a resource for current/returning players, but also for new players looking to find out what gear they need.

It is unclear who should be updating this, but many of the toons listed are undergeared, not available to view on the armory, or frequently logged off in odd gear.
 
The person updating this thread has been inactive, pretty sure he will be back soon, if not, XPoff will find someone to take over the duties of The 19s Directory!
 
Attainable bis afaik for rogue :

- ilvl 100 griftah helm (I had a guide written, but got taken down when xpoff was down. Make a pickpocketing macro (to auto loot when pickpocket), get a mage port to stormshield or lock summon to hfc, get someone with 2 seater flying to fly you to iron front in Tanaan jungle, have that person aggro mobs so you can pickpocket (don’t be close to them or you will die. Make sure that person has aggro before pickpocketing.). It is recommend that the person helping you has a Rez spell, so you don’t have to wait 2min to Rez. There are other spots, just forgot them all. You’ll get secretive whistle from pickpocketing first humanoid mob. After pickpocketing for maybe 15-20 min, use that ability, which will be in your bag, and fence your loot. Then, purchase an ilvl 100 helm. (Can do this multiple times if you want all mogs, but only necessary to have one).

- ilvl 80 Problem Solving Pendant neck (sold in shattrah city by griftah)

- ilvl 25 shoulders from dungeons (I use rugged spaulders from SFK, but any ilvl 25 shoulders are fine)

- ilvl 27 Blue BG chest (attained from bgs)

- ilvl 27 Blue BG wrists

- ilvl 27 Blue BG weapons (for outlaw and sub, both attainable from bgs)

- ilvl 25 hands from dungeons (I use gloves of the uplifted cup, from SFK, but any ilvl 25 hands are fine)

- ilvl 25 waist from dungeons (I use Girdle of the Blindwatcher from SFK, but any ilvl 25 waists are fine)

- ilvl 27 Blue BG legs

- ilvl 27 Blue BG boots

- ilvl 60 The rock x2 rings (sold in booty bay. Purchase 2, since both can be equipped and aren’t unique equipped)

- ilvl 65 Hook of the master angler trinket x2 (attainable from winning fishing event). Since both old insignia trinket (ilvl 60) and AGM (ilvl 55) are no longer attainable at level 19, second best would be to wear two engineering trinkets called “Minor recombobulator” (ilvl 28). Third best would be Gnomish Universal Remote (ilvl 25), as said by @ShinyHero . Fourth best would be to wear heirloom trinkets of any kind.

TLDR : For all classes, you want to wear a wand in main hand if you are able to, wear highest item level possible of each piece with proper armor type (Ex : don’t wear Lucky Fishing Hat on a warrior in BGs), purchase the white ilvl 80 neck and white ilvl 60 rings, win fishing event for ilvl 65 trinket, or make engineering trinkets, do battlegrounds and dungeons for the rest of the highest ilvl gear slots. If you’re a Clothie, get lucky fishing hat, rogue get griftah mask, anything else get highest ilvl piece with proper armor type.

Note : All information is subject to change/revision upon new discoveries, so don’t take this as the gospel. These are bis as indicated by current knowledge of instanced pvp stat template scaling.
