Highest ilvl so yea. Your offhand damage is calculated soley from the MH. And BoA is the most damage for some reason. Unless they come out with an epic dagger we can use

Well if you're looking for wpvp / duels aspect, the pvp vendor sells one i believe and one from SH.

Its actually strange but a heirloom dagger gives more dps than the bluecrate bg one. From highest dps to lowest dps is: the winter veil tree>heirloom dagger>blue crate dagger. You can test this by swaping weapons in bg and test it by yourself. As always pce.
