EU+US 101s added to the Arena Ladder

101s can now submit their characters to the Arena Ladder
This is a unique level to twink at, unlike any other has ever been, it's my hope that this will add to the nuance of the bracket. Enjoy

Graduated is just a test badge we used when we were testing the badge system. The ladder is temporarily down until further notice
