EU+US Tabard of the Lorewalkers

Hello!

I plan to acquire the Lorewalkers Tabard for my 20 rogue, it would perfectly fit to my transmog.

I already unlocked the Grand Commendation of the Lorewalkers. My rogue is human, so I enjoy the benefit of Diplomacy. Sadly there aren't any timewalking badges connected to the Lorewalkers. Should I wait for Darkmoon Faire and buy some Darkmoon Top Hats, too?

The easiest part is finding a kind mage who would give me a portal to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. I have already find a way out from this zone. So what is the next step? Is visiting all the monuments would be enough to reach exalted with The Lorewalkers?

I haven't learned achaeology yet, should I? Is 225 skill points would be enough? If I know well, that is the max what a 20 can reach.

Could you share your experience or give me some advice?

No.
Fastest way is to fly to all spots and open all the mail items you get.
Else it will take you 6-7 month of weekly dungeons.
Archaeology wont help you.
Darkmoon Top Hat only works during faire. You will be forced in to saving buff from week to week.

Side note. Panda weekly dungeon reps at low level is clearly a bug that not suppose to be.
At some point they will fix it. Just like secondary professions on f2p was.
Thus: start yesterday.

I got the lorewalker tabard in mop/wod and i would say the fastest way is to collect the scrolls around pandaria. The darkmoon faire hat will give you alittle more bonus rep so it might make the process faster. I had someone with a 2 seater just fly me around to collect the scrolls

So you say it's obtainable, nice.

Let's see:

It requires 42.000 reputation points from neutral to exalted.

Completing each achievement grants 2.000 points. Quests require you to be 90, so those mailed items must be unuseful.

1 story gives 2.000 points.
It's 4.000 with Grand Commendation of the Lorewalkers.
It's 4.400 with Diplomacy or Darkmoon Top Hat.

Seems to me 9 stories are doable, there are another 3 on the Isle of Thunder (unreachable by low levels). Hopefully all shrines are reachable without flying mount.

In total 9 * 4.400 = 39.600. Still 2.400 points need to exalted.

I'm going to try alone (no friends)...

Can't open scrolls on a lvl 20. You'll get them, but you won't be able to use them. I learnt this first hand.

And @ OP

I would wait for an event that will give you extra rep gains, like DMF as you mentioned. Then do the lorewalker achievement (even if you can't spend the scrolls, it's still good rep). Then you pretty much have to do weekly dungeon from there on I think.

This is on my list of things to do. But having done it on my 100 a little while ago, all I can say is u will want to click those scrolls real fast before u die in a 20 - lol. I also want to do it unassisted, other than needing a port to Isle of Thunder. But be prepared for a long, cruel grind - lol.

I did isle of thunder ones unassisted when I grinded lorewalkers in mop. Was a lot of fun actually! I believe when I did it even as a human and getting all the nodes without the darkmoon hat I needed a week or two of dungeon run rep.

The zone is beautiful and well done and well worth a visit. Good luck sir in your corpse hopping!
