I know of the lvl 1 Alliance Dummy in Theramore http://www.wowhead.com/npc=4952/theramore-combat-dummy, but on the weekend I stumbled across a lvl 35 dummy which can't be killed. It's http://www.wowhead.com/npc=43560/smilin-timmy-sticks in STV. I was bored so was going around looking for Horde to smash and stumbled across this dummy going in circles on the water. It's an actual target dummy you can charge and attack. You just need to clear a few sharks first.
Only dumb thing is he's on a boat but you can't stand in the boat so you float around trying to hit him. You miss frequently as a lvl 20 but a lvl 29 could find it useful.
It would be handy if there were a way to walk on water as a lvl 20 without requiring a Shammy or DK buff. Does anyone know if there is a quest or buff that can be self obtained on a 20 to walk on water?

The location on Wowhead is incorrect. It's actually in between the 3 boats. Like I said, it may be old news but I never knew about it. The location is roughly here :-

Now if only I could find a lvl 20 target dummy, I would be super happy :)
 
Yeah! I saw this dummy yesterday too, when I was doing the STV fishing tournament. All your information is correct.

I think there is another way to walk in water at lvl 20, but I am not sure. Its a buff from a horde quest. I dont remember if it was from the quest that give u outside orgrimmar, near de bottom door, or a dialy from orgrimmar or undercity. I know that some of its just give u a 10min buff to breath underwater, but I think that 1 of those 3 option was to walk in the water, surely was at undercity, but I am not 100% sure (in the quest u had to take a item (you can have 1 activated and another in the bag), and there are infinite items, and when u use it, u gain the 10min buff).

And yes, I am still looking for a lvl 1 dummie for horde that dont die like the dummies at the starts lvl zones, or a lvl 20 dummie.

And Icehawk, I would be pleased if you add me to battletag ^^ (minikornio#2989)

I was hoping for an Ally quest to get the buff.:( I'll try do a bit of research to see what I can find. I know the water breathing quest in Azuremyst but not aware of any water walking buff.

Unfortunately for me I found this out after I already made my toon and started to gear him. I'm too far gone now sadly :( I've got my fingers crossed down the track they put a low level water strider somewhere else! I do check Petopia from time to time ;)

It's on Fray Island in Northern Barrens. Well, maybe one day we'll get our dummy......:(

I miss way too often in BFD, but I agree it is the best instance available at 20

Sorry for not posting here before. I also found a dummie lvl 20, but obviously Blizz hates us. This dummie is inside scarlat monastery, and we need lvl 21 to enter there...

Here is the list of the dummies, unless they dont have ''dummy'' in its name, like Timmy Sticks.

I think angler's toy, or shaman/dk buff, are not enought.

I haven't tested all the dummies that appear there. Maybe any of this ones could be a good option. Remember wowhead is not always 100% precise.

And maybe dummies are not the only way to infinite attack staying stopped. Maybe a bugged npc or other kind of npc could be the solution.

¿Have anyone tested with a high lvl dk to put Timmy Sticks in the ground? Or to move it with any abilities, like shaman? Anyway, I think he can't be stunneable.

Anyway, it's seems no infinite lvl1 or lvl20 dummie for horde, only lvl 3 at the start zone that die easily and respawn.

Really????? You are the king! <3 This dummies were in my link, but I didn't go for them yet because wowhead said they were lvl 102. As I said, wowhead is not 100% precise, and less with this kind of things. Thanks for posting here!! I'm sure icehawk will be very happy too ^^.

Maybe they scale to your lvl? It's strange because the things that scales to your lvl started with legion, as far I know

I will go to the garrison of my lvl 100 friend to test them tonight. Is there any way to stay in the garrison without a lvl 100 friend? I mean, I know I need a lvl 100 friend to go there, but if he leaves group, garrison teleports me out and dissapear in 1 min. I dont know if this has change, or I have missed something

I don't believe that's a Garrison dummy. It looks like a Legion dummy, I assume at the Class Halls? I can't believe it scales, is it a new thing that it scales?

Now, I don't have Legion so I can't get there just yet, but is the Class Hall gated like the WoD Garrison was for low level toons? Like u need to be invited to visit.
Hurry and add Legion to Battlechest Blizz :p Or gimme a 10 day trial.......
 
Yup, it's not from the garrison. In the garrison there are dummies with the same name, but we have to see if they have been updated in the same way as the now ones in legion, or if they still do not scale in the garrison.

Anyway, in legion, this dummies have been added: http://www.wowhead.com/mechanical-npcs/name:dummy?filter=13;1;70001 .- Someones are in the class halls, others don't.

I still haven't saw all of them, but I will check 2 (both for horde and alliance). I will see tonight if they scale or not.

We have to see if we have access to any of them without having legion (as far as I know, the only class hall that we have access without legion is the one of the paladins, in eastern plaguelands (maybe anyone more? I dont know). I have entered with my druid there and tried to buy things to a guy that is there (you needs to be very fast). I could interact with him during 6 secs: there is 1 item which only needs gold, but it dont let you to buy it because you need ''artifact weapon''. Close blizz, close to have op weapon (no lvl req)). I have a video of this, Im going to put here tonight.
