General Overview of The Coordinators

Back on the old Twinkinfo website we had Bracket Managers, I was one myself and I know a few others who were as well whom are still active in the community. With the release of legion each bracket has grown in pure numbers, which (as it seems much of the community has adapted to the changes) seems to be a mostly good thing, as making things the way they use to be does not sound like much of a practicality, but who knows, we'll see. Anyway the point is it seems necessary to have these people who I think will more accurately coordinate their brackets, as brackets have generally got a good idea of how to manage themselves.

co·or·di·na·tor
kōˈôrdənādər/
noun
  1. a person whose job it is to organize events or activities and to negotiate with others in order to ensure they work together effectively.

Coordinators will hopefully get the best of both worlds however. For example if a coordinator need an old sticky thread replaced, they now can do it themselves, but they also don't have the ability to moderate anything, as this is a conflict of interest and they are not managers. So while also having a large degree of autonomy in every other area, they will be able to benefit from XPOFFs infrastructure, exposure, and developmental assistance. An example of this is that while each of these coordinators already puts out their own events, now we can help them stream, or improve their streams as needed. What makes this concept work so well is that these Coordinators already have their own teams, now they'll be able to autonomously benefit from ours as well. Here's a general breakdown:

Coordinators
  • Create, Coordinate, and Network Independently
  • History of/or currently working on Community Projects and Events
  • Already Works with a Group of 3 or more on said Projects
  • Autonomously integrated with the XPOFF Staff and Infrastructure
  • Will receive assistance for in game Prize Pools when desired
  • Will receive structural and project development assistance when desired
  • Works with XPOFF and the Community to grow and develop the Community
  • Coordinate Various Projects/Games/Platforms under the XPOFF brand
You can get an idea of What the current Coordinators plan to bring to the table here:

@Blackberryy - US - 70-79 Future plans and objectives | XPOff
@Warlord Daboo - US - Warlord Daboo - New 19 bracket coordinator! | XPOff
@Visual -
In short we are hand selecting Coordinators who are already doing the job, but we are not omniscient. We need input from everyone but especially so in 101s, and in Regions that are not just North America, so if there is someone who needs to be brought to our attention we are relying on the community to do so while we ourselves continue to slowly delve through the wealth of other twink content out there. We look forward to enabling each Coordinator to bring out their own Daily, Weekly, Or Monthly Events, and assisting them with any other community projects they may take up, which do not necessarily have to be related to the lower brackets of World of Warcraft.

Welcome to our new Social Media Coordinator @Visual, he joins our continued efforts to expand the reach of XPOFF through networking within the greater World of Warcraft and Blizzard Community, he's definitely got enough experience for the job and will be essential to marketing the different features and events within the XPOFF brand.

@Zbucket was initiallya Private Server Community Coordinator but as that rank won't be useful for a while, he's transitioned to Social Media Coordinator and has joined the Twitter.com/xpoff_website social media group.

@Budgetmonk Has joined our team as the last Social Media Coordinator, having experience managing social media pages for semi-pro WoW, OW, and CoD team's he will be the final piece to the puzzle of our new and developing social media apparatus
