EU+US Grasp of Victory

How do u guys get Grasp of Victory at lvl 10? tried 3 times today. ended up at lvl 11,5 every single time. didnt kill any mobs that i didnt need to kill.
could u please help me out? i need to know what im doing wrong

I think you can get quest credit while dead by having someone group with you and doing quest with gou

Warlock Summons you out > Lock XP > Hearth back (all while still Online) > finish the Zone and profit. It was bugged and not working for a little while shortly after Legion launched but there's no longer anything stopping you and it can even be done at Level 1.

Made a 2nd Account and did the RAF thing. it worked
