Why cant I add my character to this website?

My name is Iolavacado on Bleeding Hollow but I can't find a way to add my character to xpoff? It says character request is invalid or something like that

I don't have an exact time frame yet, as the idea is still being discussed. We haven't actually began to make a new one at this time. I'll keep you posted.
