Lol that moment when the "scammer" in question didn't verbally agree to dueling for gold, and didn't really know about the gamble in the first place. Trying to ruin my already terrible reputation ;)

Gotta post some chat logs n shit with a mutual agreement. Else it's just he said, she said basically. But yeah, I wouldn't call it a scam either. You didn't really lose anything over it. However, people should stick to their words for sure.

If you both agreed that you will duel for gold, would not be better to make ticket in game?

They can't do anything about it. In Germany for example it is illegal to do those kind of things before 18 and therefore forbidden in WOW. If he dueled him for "i win 0 gold, you win 200k gold" that would be alright. But you are not allowed to lose anything as a participant. It has something to do with our weird gambling / online casino laws or whatever it is called in english. :) Same goes for "roll 1-65, 66-96. 97-100" stuff and so on.

Did you shake hands in agreement?

Your virtual reputation.

That awkward moment when you think some one scammed you but this isn't a scam.
