I'm curious why Xwr doesn't use Six-Feather Fan the proc dmg is insane with some good leech added you're a force of nature. No pun, why Prophecy Tarot > Six-Feather Fan?

never expected to get one.
I run Prophecy Tarot > SFF due to SFF being ST instead of AoE which is most of my situations.
In my bank I have every piece with Leech except 1 Trinket/Wep/Boots so I don't really need the extra,
found 10% to be the sweet spot for my liking so I hit that then focus on iLvl.
I plan on hopefully testing out the Kazzak Trinket (the one without leech) as soon I can get it to drop which will hopefully be an upgrade. Also Thank You

Edit: Looked at the 30sec Sims of all the twinks, can see that the ones with Artifact Wep all out shine me, which is understandable with Artifact Ability for Burst, however I am unsure how DP managed a 150k+ DPS difference with 2 iLvls and no Artifact Wep, I'm guessing it's the Mastery Ring which would effect Starsurge for the Burst, I roll the opposite for AoE/long term burst by using only Starfall (seems to more damage than Starsurge, also prefer Crit Ring).
Edit2: would also like to say I did try downloading Simcraft, no clue how to use it but it seemed to still factor in casting Moon abilities with BoE wep. I also noticed it was casting Solar Wrath/Lunar Strike which I very rarely do & caused Lunar Strike casting time to be most of the Sim (I only use LS on Instant Procs) I couldn't figure out how to adjust the abilities so I just ended up dropping it xD
