EU+US Skinning (Stormscale Rank 3)

So out of curiosity how many skinners out there have rank 3? I got it by 600ish skill in skinning after running EoA crab runs (Which i've gotten down to 7 min per run, with a net result of 100-108 stormscale)

Did any of you notice any difference between Rank 2 and 3 because I did not... like... at all. I ended up consistently getting 4 more stormscale per run. Is this because crabs are capped at like max 3 stormscale per drop?

Just wondering what your mileage is.

Got rank 3 on my 99 DK - there used to be a noticeable difference until they nerfed the droprate of all ranks to about a quarter of what it was before (guessing the rounding up/down makes them kinda similar now).

As far as I'm aware, after the nerf that @Aelobin stated, the main difference between Rank 2 and 3 is Felhide, which sub 110's cannot skin.
