EU+US Priest Artifact?

Got my priest to 98 today and im stuck on whether i want to spec Shadow or Disc? Some feedback would be much appreciated

If you aren't in a super rush I'd wait until the 7.1 changes hit and see how bad different Specs are gutted. Play a few BG's, do some PvE, etc, with both Specs at that point to see what you're more comfortable with.

the talent that he can't even get at 99 =D?

also i heard that the disc artifact got a cool proc/buff that does massive damage.
