I've got a lot of people asking me why the boss keeps bugging out to where you're able to loot him, but you actually can't. I've found that just not looting the quest, or looting and deleting does the trick and allows you to loot multiple times. I finally got my haste/vers neck after 11 runs, 2 crit/mastery necks in the time of running those. I'm done farming this guy now GL everyone!

The stats are set stats right? Sweet Perfume Brooch is 14 haste 4 mastery, those can't change?

You can get this on anything 16-110 and it scales. At 19 it's 24 ilvl and there are different variations for different stats. Worth grinding on 19's for the scale.

Mastery does nothing below 78 wow wiki was correct. Keep trying you will get other stats.
