As of 7.1 Beta, 10's have new abilities.
Rogues: Cheap Shot, Shuriken Toss, *Sublety*.
Assassination: We lose Mutilate, gain Cheap Shot.
Outlaw: The same, we gain Cheap Shot.
There's many more abilities that can be seen on Bub's Thread.
Such as affli getting Agony, or Destro getting Conflag back.
