EU+US Necklace Class/Spec Priority

I'd like to know, as well as possibly others, what classes/specs will be using either the 12crit/4haste necklace ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=117366/heartbreak-charm&bonus=615 ) or 11haste/5vers ( http://www.wowhead.com/item=117370/shard-of-pirouetting-happiness&bonus=615 )

I'll credit you for it, or feel free to make your own thread. I was just thinking something like this would be useful. The stat trade-off for these 2 necklaces can make it somewhat hard to decide for certain classes.

Imo retri and arms are gonna use crit/haste one for sure

What about for disc priest? I feel as though all of that haste would be pretty useful.

I think these necks are only good for classes/specs that are very secondary stat reliant. For example, Fire mage, or Demonology warlock. Other classes like, warrior, hunter, ret pally, the strength/agility is just better. Also a slight change suggestion, I'd much rather use the Crit/Haste neck for Destro than I would use the Haste/Vers simply because chaos bolt's damage scales from crit.

I've been playing around with it as fury warrior and demo lock, it's alot better damage than what i was doing with boa neck because haste is main stat.

I still plan on using the heirloom one outside of instances on my healers. And the problem solving pendant in instanced PvP.

Not too long ago people were laughing at me when I said versatility was "good". It is essentially double dipping.
