Legion epics

Hi everyone I am wondering since I saw this last night how IN THE WORLD can you get legion epics at level 89 can anyone help me figure this out Scrulliex-The Underbog is the lvl 89 twink shadow priest i saw

It's simple.

1) Have your lvl 89 twink mage portal'd to dalaran or warlock summoned to your desire farming spot.

2) Have a lvl 99 / 101 or geared 110 start aoe farming.

3) Loot everything on your 89 until you get epics, which will scale down to lvl 89.
