Has anybody been able to acquire the staff as 85 during 7.1 from start to finish? Nexus chain seems bugged. Twilight blast seems to be hitting for 20kish. This is nearly 70% of my HP and it's cast constantly.
I'm going through the questline right now on my 85 lock, I'm currently on the seething cinders quest. I think I was able to clear that because I was playing affliction with 1300 spell power haha, what class are you trying to do it on?
