Feel like I started late and don't have enough time getting two warforged eredar splitters, I was assassination with only one warforged wyrmtongue blade, switched to outlaw and liked that more. See myself only doing BGs.

I don't think we know for certain but we are pretty sure it will stop come Legion after tomorrow's shutdown. There's a good chance you only have till then to get the Warforged gear.
Good luck. To be honest, I'm almost glad the invasions are over. They have been good fun but it gets darn grindy and repetitive when done day after day. Sadly none of my toons are BiS, but I have a few pieces so I can't complain. Just get what you can between now and tomorrow.

Get what you can but don't stress about it. The difference is shockingly minimal in instanced pvp.
