EU+US F2P Cooking

I know this has probably been discussed already as it is fairly old.

But how can pur F2Ps obtain Cataclysm, Pandarean cooking?
I've seen some f2ps with the achievements of those respectively, but don't know how to acquire them.

I currently sit on
Vanilla 300/300
Outland 75/75
Northerend 75/75
I also have 2 recipes of pandarean but my skills say 0/0

They used to be able to, any professions learnt past Vanilla have been GFED since the BFA prepatch. So not obtainable anymore.
