EU+US "edgy" ninja-assassin like face cover mogs (leather)

Hello!
I'm looking for a face cover mog for my monk that's going into endgame levels. I saw a panda rogue or monk with it once and I fell in love but I don't remember the name sadly Whole set has blue/darkblue colours so a blue one would be perfect, but a black or any other color one would fit as well.
Level req is not a problem, but it has to be buyable or craftable or obtainable from Eastern Kingdoms and not from any dungeon or PvP. It's for a neutral panda.
