EU+US Did the Daggermaws drop rate got nerfed?

I'm trying to get some quick looms on my new f2p account and I remember that back in the days I was done getting all the 100 Daggermaws in approximately 40 minutes. I'm 1 hour in and I only have 22...

Either you are unlucky or other people are taking the wreckages It takes an hour normally for me to get 100 but thats through wreckage grinding

I don't remember doing it through the wreckages. Just normal fishing in DMF water.

Well I just got a Bloated Thrasher from normal fishing but I think they lowered the drop rate of those so that's why its slower.

Open world fishing in DMF is now 600-700 to stop getting trash. It's probably 700, I remember getting trash even at 650 or so fishing.
