EU+US Density/leather farm spot

I have been holding onto this spot as all mine, but I was only trying to keep it secret on my server. I'd love to share with all you like minded folks since I just joined up here. There's an island right on the edge of Timeworn Shore, or whatever (the world PVP in Azsuna) that has tons of seals that agro. Great leather farm and density mob farm. I clear that island then go kill the few on a neighboring while I wait for respawn. This island will put you in world PVP (when it's active) but only half the island so you can hop over to the non-PVP part and instantly unflag if 110"s mess with you. On my server there's NEVER anybody there and it's quite literally all mine lol.
Lastly, if this is duplicate info for this forum I apologize, I haven't seen it.

It's a popular spot for people to use the group finder tool to server-hop sop they dont have to wait for respawns. Very good spot tho.
