I farmed 2 of these blades in about an hour with a level 102 demon hunter using this method.
1. Fly or ride to the Blind Marshes in High Mountain
2. There is a flight path there "Felbane Camp"
3. Float down the hill to the entrance. Two Felborn Servitors were guarding the gate. Kite one up the hill to the camp. There are more inside as well.
4. About 2/3 of the way up the hill the guards from the camp will attack the demon.
5. Loot
6. Repeat.
