Back to twinking after 8 years, 39 mage

As the title says, I started playing WoW again after an 8 year break and I wanted to get back into twinking. Could anyone help with telling me what gear I need to change? Thanks a lot!

Helm and glove enchant are gf'd. Wrists (at that ilvl) are gf'd. Not much work needed tbh, change your cloak enchant to +4 int or something.

Farm mara for the dagger & buy an ilvl 42 offhand from the AH

This and enchant your rings and neck with Seal of ____, if you want to go the cheap route, and Mark of the Hidden Satyr, maybe enchant your shoulders with a Greater Crane Wing enchant and farm dungeon satchels for a ring. i guess a chest with glorious stats would be better as well
