I'm currently in a guild that is going to running cata content here soon. (Jan 11th.) But it is progression style. Some of us have also been pvping as well here and there.

I think it means in the order patches happened (not starting with firelands etc)

With Progression we're just using item level gear that's appropriate for the first several raids. (Cap s 359 ILVL) We are allowing ZG / ZA gear since its 353 and even some pvp sets.

We're still openly recruiting for ranged dps. (Mages to be exact. That's all we are missing class wise.)
