EU+US 7.2 changes to 99

So can anyone tell me if these are changes of 7.2 or just bugs.

--Was doing hardly any damage, or so it felt. We couldn't kill the other teams tank in WSG, we literally beat on him for 10 minutes till the game ended.
--No flag carrier debuff
--No gear buff from having 730+ ilvl, I had the exact same HP as none geared toons

Seems like blizz just wrecked 99 twinks imo, unless these are bugs

There is an ilvl buff but it isn't affecting health. I hope that's a bug, but boosting up an ilvl stat affects other stats like int/ago/str and armor (possibly others too).

Everyone got more hp and that combined with no stacks make fc's much harder to kill.

There are some issues with immunity bugs or "god mod" wich ive experienced playing against as well as others. Prot PvP also seems a bit out of whack as well (or so I hope). I'm sure a patch will come this Tuesday to fix some of these issues.

Even Level 1's (well I've personally tested a Level 10 and it worked, I'd assume that would count 1's also).

Should if you're x9, but they're all short term Buffs and are removed upon death.

I've personally been there on a Level 10, so yes.

Yes, Lock summoned to new Dalaran. You can also be Ported by a Mage. I can't say for sure if RAF Summons works.

Goblin gliding down from the flight path in new Dalaran also works.
