Does transferring twinks from a vet account to a f2p account lock them?

I haven't played any twinks since legion, is 20s still a thing on EU? Are queues seperated for xpoff/xpon? Is gearing a monumental task or no? And is twinking 20s decent enough to come back for?

need help obtaining the rogue 100ilvl mask, unable to pickpocket Shadow Infiltrator and Pillagers, but can pickpocket Warlock Ritualist and Shadow Militant. I can't loot them without dying so need a 110 to hold aggro while i pickpocket, prefer rogue to sap. will pay 10k on BH.

So today, was doing some bgs and got vs a horde team that was full of xp on players, alliance side had xp off. So the merge is already happening or some kind of mistake by blizzard?

So i'm gonna let my sub fall, do I need to unlock XP on my lvl 20 toons cuz i heard many ppl were having issues where they couldn't queue bgs / arenas as their XP was automatically turned on after letting sub fall? Can anyone confirm?
