    5.3 BoA gearing?

    Okay so I see that the pvp resil is being nerfed at low levels, just a shot in the dark.... Will JP shoulders be BiS for locks or any class at that? If someone could provide any info on gearing any class when it comes to boa choice would be great. thanks :)

    Is there a 24 server?

    I'm curious to know if there is a server that has a lot of 24 twinks. Something similar to bleeding hollow of the 19 bracket and aerie peak of f2p. I have seen a lot of 24s from alexstraza, is that the biggest server for 24s? Let me know what you think the 24 server is. Or even if there is one. :)
