You'll be fine with 10% leech, I get away with it pretty easily on my main Boomkin. My second Boomkin does just fine for staying alive (as backup) with no leech when multi-boxing both. -This can be fooling since the more DPS you start doing the more beneficial Leech will be, so finish gearing...

It's a shame you're boosting a horde, I'm also Alliance on Proudmoore (My druids are on Illidan currently). If you change your mind and go Alliance I would be more than happy to do those runs when I get back.

This has been said many times in the past. I also say this about the 2nd trinket slot, pretty sure Aelobin ran some sims on my toon showing it's pretty equal if not better. (Not exactly Feral but works similar for all classes)
