We just noticed it while lvling the farmers, I think we have a 83 BOE in the bank. This was after they nerfed the ilvl, so I assume it would work all the way down if you set up the group right. You would need a 11 man raid, I believe to get down to lvl 1

You can loot on a lvl 1 if you have enough accts. Take a 101 to tank, 91 tag, 81 tag, 71 tag, 61 tag etc.. until lvl 1. We are quite insane, we done every crazy grind in the game, but I wouldn't even partake in this.

So I will reveal my secrets now that they're nerfed. We were multiboxing and were gearing up 89's with 740 ivl. Apparently someone complained on Reddit about the 80-89 BG we were face rolling in, and it was hot fixed within the day. Lvl 97 and below legion items are now 650 ilvl. However...

I'm not selling anything, try it for yourself. Grad a green wand and off hand, and go into a bg The stats are additive - so you're getting 6% haste, crit, mastery, int, and it only goes up with higher lvl wands

6% to all stats, which is only with a green wand. I have a 89 mage and it is getting almost 10% boost to all stats with a blue wand I think with the epic inscription wand you can boost it quite significantly

This only applies to the 3 wand classes (mage, lock, priest) - and you can try it with any spec, the boost from the wand in any lock spec outruns the artifact wep bc of the stat boost I watched your demo video, try a wand and off hand, pref the 705 from inscription. Your stats are boosted...

Now why does equpiip Idk, if i equip a wand and off hand on my 99 lock, I go to 20%, it drops my hp a bit (at 16 artifact) but my mastery goes up to 50% bc of the boost. I've been doing far much more dmg with a green wand than lvl 16 artifact wep with two epic relics

When I switch to all leather, it still caps it at 16% even though I'm over that ilvl. I put in a ticket about it, no help. Was just seeing if anyone else was experiencing something similar. Hard to get concrete numbers on this kind of stuff nowadays

I'm wondering if 16% is some kind of hard cap for principles of war. Wonder if anyone has surpassed this % without the wand trick
